They’re now looking for a CRM Executive to come in and own email, drive engagement and help fuel the next phase of growth. This brand is scaling fast-big drops, big energy, big ambition.

The RoleYou’ll take control of CRM, owning email marketing through Klaviyo-campaigns, flows, lifecycle… the lot.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be testing, tweaking and levelling up performance constantly. No sitting back-you’ll be in it, making things happen.
Working closely with creative and digital teams, you’ll make sure every message hits right-on brand, on time, and built to convert.
What You’ll Be Doing*Own email marketing through Klaviyo-campaigns, automations and customer journeys
*Build slick, high-performing CRM campaigns that drive engagement and repeat spend
*Segment audiences properly-get the right message to the right people
*Test, learn and optimise (subject lines, timing, content-you name it)
*Track performance and turn data into actions that improve results
*Work closely with creative and digital teams to keep everything sharp and on brand
What We’re Looking For*Some experience in CRM or email marketing
*Ideally worked with Klaviyo (but not a dealbreaker)
*Organised, switched-on and commercially aware
*Someone who gets brand, tone and audience
*Confident working with data and campaign performance
*Into fashion, sports or performance wear-this brand lives and breathes it
