Property Manager
Salary: £28k-£32k DOE + company benefit package
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 17.30pm
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required
Additional: Free parking space or access to a pool car
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and highly professional organisation based in Brighton.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in residential property management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained and fully compliant.
*Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor work to a high standard.
*Arranging and overseeing safety inspections and compliance requirements.
*Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors.
*Conducting property inspections, check-ins and check-outs.
*Managing tenancy renewals, notices and end-of-tenancy processes.
*Handling tenant queries, complaints and maintenance issues professionally.
*Liaising with accounts and utility providers regarding charges and payments.
*Ensuring accurate record keeping across the property portfolio.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Previous experience within residential property management / AST portfolio management.
*Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
*Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
*Proactive, solutions-focused and highly detail-oriented.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Full UK driving licence is essential.
