Private Client Solicitor – Haywards Heath
A well-established and highly regarded regional firm in Haywards Heath is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3-10 PQE) to join its thriving and personable team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants high-quality work, genuine autonomy and a supportive environment that values work-life balance.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
*Wills, trusts and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*LPAs and Court of Protection matters
*Tax planning and wealth protection for HNW clients
*Advising families, business owners and vulnerable clients
You’ll also have the chance to build strong client relationships, contribute to business development and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
What We’re Looking For
*3-10 years PQE in private client work
*Strong technical knowledge across the full spectrum of private client matters
*A confident communicator with a client-centred approach
*STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
*Someone who enjoys autonomy but thrives in a collaborative, friendly team
