A supportive SEND school in Middlesbrough is looking for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. This is a long-term role where you’ll work closely with pupils who need extra support to manage behaviour, emotions, and learning.
It’s a brilliant opportunity if you’re considering educational psychology, teaching, therapy, or youth work, and want meaningful hands-on experience first.
Your role*Supporting students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
*Working 1:1 and in small groups with secondary-aged pupils
*Helping pupils stay calm, engaged, and confident in lessons
*Building strong, supportive relationships that help young people thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
