About the Role:*Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions to support student progress
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
*Help create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
*Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support students with varying needs
*Apply and strengthen your subject knowledge in a real classroom setting
*Support classroom management and contribute to a focused learning atmosphere
