You will work alongside highly regarded solicitors and lawyers, with backgrounds in Legal 500 private practices, who are now benefiting from the atmosphere and support of working in-house.

You will have the following background:
- Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters for 2 years or more.
- Private practice or in-house.
- Qualified as a solicitor, legal executive (CILEX/FILEX) or licensed conveyancer would be a benefit. Non-qualified fee-earners will be considered too and support offered for qualification if desired.
Your workload will include:
- Managing plot sales from instruction to completion.
- Liaising with the in-house sales, commercial and management teams.
