Childcare Solicitor
Location: Blackburn / Hybrid/ Remote

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a dedicated and motivated Childcare Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its nationally recognised Domestic Abuse, Children and Stalking Department.

Key Responsibilities:
*Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of childcare and related matters
*Family Solicitor to conduct advocacy where required
*Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice
*Maintaining accurate time recording and billing
*Meeting performance targets and compliance requirements
*Undertaking CPD in line with Law Society regulations
About You:
*Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant experience
*Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in childcare law
*Confident managing your own caseload and prioritising workloads effectively
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Proactive, organised and commercially aware
*Reliable and conscientious, with strong attention to detail
