Residential Conveyancer (Remote)
Salary: Around £40,000 (dependent on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join a high-performing team in a fully remote position. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to progress their career and take on greater responsibility over time.


The Role
*Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential sales transactions
*Work closely with banks and financial institutions, handling property sales on their behalf
*Deliver high-quality outcomes in a streamlined, professional setting
This is a unique position compared to traditional estate agency conveyancing roles. Files are typically introduced via lenders and asset managers, creating a more structured and efficient workflow.


About You

We are particularly interested in Residential Conveyancer with experience in:
*Freehold and leasehold transactions
*Shared ownership
*Managing caseloads independently with confidence and attention to detail
You will be proactive, organised and keen to develop your career within a collaborative remote team environment.
