Job Description:
SEN Teaching Assistant- Bank Staff
At Engage, we know that a school runs on quality support staff. We’ve spent over a decade building strong relationships with schools in Leeds, and we’re now looking to expand our pool of reliable Bank Staff to support these fantastic SEN schools on a flexible, as-needed basis. Opportunities are available to start immediately.
The students have the following learning needs:
*MLD
*Autism
*Behaviour issues
It is also advantageous if candidates have experience with sensory-based learning.
About the role:
*Flexible working to suit your availability
*Opportunities for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments
*Small group work and intervention support responsibilities
*1:1 support for special needs and lower-ability pupils
*Supporting students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Specific Learning Difficulties, EBD and SEMH
*Supporting students with challenging behaviour
