This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established high street firm who are looking to add a Conveyancer to their team. You will be joining a team with a wealth of experience and a company who has multiple offices around Merseyside and Cheshire.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/licenced Conveyancer (2 Years’ + PQE) or an experienced Conveyancer (5+ Years). They are looking for somebody who has strong residential Conveyancing experience who can thrive in a busy environment. You will be taking on a varied residential caseload from one of their offices in Merseyside or Cheshire.

In this role, you will be managing residential conveyancing caseloads from instruction to completion. You will also be handling sales, purchases, raising enquiries, mortgages of both freehold & leasehold properties and reporting to clients. Also, you will have to maintain accurate file records and update the case management system.
