A leading asset manager is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with project delivery capabilities to support a major strategic initiative involving the build-out of a third-party ManCo structure supporting UCITS and AIF funds , alongside broader operating model transformation.
This is a delivery-focused role within an active programme , where you will contribute to both operating model design and the set-up of a new European branch , working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

*Key ResponsibilitiesOperating Model Design (ManCo) Support the development and implementation of a target operating model for a ManCo supporting UCITS and AIF structures
*Translate high-level designs into detailed processes, governance frameworks, and documentation
*Contribute to the design of governance structures , including boards, committees, policies, and reporting lines
*Assist in defining oversight and delegation models across internal teams and third-party providers
*Support alignment between the ManCo entity and the wider asset management business
*European Branch Set-Up Assist in the end-to-end establishment of a new European branch as part of the wider programme
*Coordinate across people, process, technology, and premises workstreams
*Support onboarding of key hires and implementation of local operating frameworks
*Help define processes across sales, marketing, and client servicing functions
*Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements (e.g. BaFin) in collaboration with third parties
*Delivery & Stakeholder Management Act as a key link across multiple programme workstreams, ensuring coordination and delivery
*Support planning, tracking, and execution of deliverables
*Engage with stakeholders across operations, compliance, distribution, and technology
*Operate in a hybrid BA/PM capacity, with a stronger focus on analysis and design
*Skills & Experience Strong Business Analyst background within Asset / Investment Management
*Proven experience delivering operating model design and implementation , ideally within a ManCo / UCITS / AIF environment
*Exposure to ManCo structures , governance, and regulatory frameworks
*Experience supporting entity or branch set-up programmes is highly beneficial
*Good understanding of distribution/sales functions within an asset manager
*Familiarity with European regulators such as CBI and/or BaFin is advantageous
*Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge
*Comfortable working within structured programmes with strong governance
