•The primary focus of this role is to assist the Joint Head of Conveyancing in a fast paced residential conveyancing practice.

•Key responsibilities include drafting standard correspondence and legal documents, preparing contract packs, submitting property searches, and coordinating with estate agents, brokers, and clients to ensure seamless transaction processes.

•The appointed legal professional will manage completions and post-completion processes, including handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.

• You will ensure accurate file management and compliance, while coordinating diary schedules and overseeing client care activities.

•The firm are seeking an organised and detail oriented professional with experience in residential conveyancing who thrives in a fast paced environment.

•The ideal candidate will be confident using case management systems, able to work proactively, anticipate the needs of senior fee earners, and ensure matters progress efficiently.
