Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and growing team responsible for handling and converting new business enquiries in this role of Legal Business Development Advisor. As Legal Business Development Advisor you will act as the first point of contact or prospective clients, playing a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth. This position is ideal for someone with sales experience and an interest in the legal sector, looking to build a long-term career within a professional services environment.
The role
*Acting as the first point of contact for all prospective clients
*Handling and converting new business leads
*Providing quotations for legal services via telephone and website enquiries
*Following up on quotations to convert enquiries into instructed matters
*Sending out client onboarding documentation
*Passing relevant information to Fee Earners to enable file opening
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all communications are handled professionally
*Supporting the team with additional duties as required
The Person
*Previous telephone sales experience is essential
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
*Friendly, approachable, and client-focused
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Positive ’can-do’ attitude
