Sales & Enquiries Executive required for our legal client based in Ipswich. If you have previous sales experience gained within a professional environment where you have had to convert enquiries using your excellent communication skills this is the role for you. As their sales and enquiries executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth.
The Role
*Handling and converting new business leads
*First point of contact for all prospective clients
*Sending out client onboarding documentation
*Following up on quotations to convert enquiries into instructed matters
*Providing quotations for legal services via telephone and website enquiries
*Passing relevant information to Fee Earners to enable file opening
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all communications are handled professionally
*Supporting the team with additional duties as required


The Person
*Possess previous telephone sales experience
*Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
*Friendly, approachable, and client-focused
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Positive ’can-do’ attitude
