Legal Enquiries Assistant required for our legal client based in Ipswich. In your role as Legal Enquiries Assistant, you will be handling and converting new business leads as well as being the first point of contact for all potential clients. If you possess some sales experience and have some knowledge of the legal industry this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all communications are handled professionally
*Handling and converting new business leads
*Sending out client onboarding documentation
*Following up on quotations to convert enquiries into instructed matters
*First point of contact for all prospective clients
*Providing quotations for legal services via telephone and website enquiries
*Passing relevant information to Fee Earners to enable file opening
*Supporting the team with additional duties as required
The Person
*Possess previous telephone sales experience
*Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
*Friendly, approachable, and client-focused
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Positive ’can-do’ attitude
