About the Role

*Lead delivery of pricing activity, ensuring high-quality and timely outputs
*Review and oversee team work, including analysis, assumptions, and modelling
*Provide line management, coaching, and development for team members
*Support planning and prioritisation of team workload
*Engage with stakeholders and contribute to client-related work
*Monitor performance of existing agreements and support experience analysis
*Contribute to assumption development and pricing basis review
*Support improvements to tools, processes, and ways of working
*Provide input into wider initiatives, including product and proposition development
About You
*Qualified actuary with experience in pricing (protection pricing is advantageous)
*Strong understanding of pricing processes (experience analysis, assumptions, modelling)
*Experience leading or managing others
*Strong analytical skills with ability to make decisions
*Confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly
*Comfortable engaging with stakeholders
*Able to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
