Are you an experienced GP Receptionist looking for a new challenge?
Our client is a established NHS GP Practice in Vauxhall and is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join their patient services team!


Key Details:
*Monday to Friday position (no nights or weekends)
*Two shift patterns available (rota between the 2):
*7:45 am to 12:45 pm
*1:30 pm to 6:30 pm
*Competitive hourly rate up to £13.85 per hour
*6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays!
*Please note there maybe 1 Saturday a year and 1 early or late a week (7:20am start or 7pm finish)


Requirements:
*Minimum 1 year experience in a GP setting
*Proficiency in EMIS and Docman systems
*Excellent communication and organisational skills


Main Duties:
*Rotate between reception and patient administration areas
*Support Team Leader in managing clinicians’ workload
*Organise practice meetings and liaise with external agencies
*Manage bring forward and filing systems
*Participate in practice housekeeping and maintenance of staff facilities
*Actively contribute to improving practice quality
