OverviewOur client, an established and growing technology business, is seeking high-calibre graduates to join its commercial team as Graduate Business Executives.
This is a structured entry into enterprise technology sales, offering exposure to complex, solution-led environments and clear progression into senior commercial roles.
The RoleWorking alongside experienced sales professionals, you will support the development of new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients.
You will gain exposure to the full sales lifecycle, from initial market engagement through to deal progression.
Key Responsibilities*Research and identify target organisations across key sectors
*Engage prospective clients through structured outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
*Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
*Support opportunity development and deal progression
*Work closely with senior sales colleagues on live client engagements
*Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
*Develop an understanding of the company’s solutions and market positioning
Candidate Requirements*Degree educated (minimum 2:1 or above)
*Disciplines considered: Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Humanities, Law
*Strong academic track record
*Clear and professional communication skills
*Commercial awareness and interest in business development or sales
