The Role
Help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration.
Key Duties
*Support creative, play-based learning
*Take part in events and themed activities
*Encourage children’s development and confidence
*Build relationships with children, families, and staff
*Contribute to observations and learning records
*Follow safeguarding and nursery policies
What We’re Looking For
*Passion for working with children (Level 2/3 desirable)
*Childcare experience preferred
*Positive, caring, and energetic attitude
*Team player with good communication skills
*Basic EYFS/safeguarding knowledge (training provided)
