What you will do

You will be managing a team of agents these are people who have partnered with ADT but not directly employed by them.
How you will do it
*You will be responsible for the whole team to hit their sales number via effective coaching and field accompaniments.
*You will be communicating with stakeholders around the business to develop interdepartmental relationships that will not only benefit the sales team but the business.
*Sales reporting to your manager and updates on sales progress.
*Using incentives and rewards to drive sales and hit the required sales numbers.
*Introducing new ideas on how the team can grow Self-Generated sales.
*Attending engineer huddles and meetings to grow collaboration
*Training the agents staff on evolve, salesforce, products and sales.
*Grow and increase sales month on month – year on year
What we look for
Essential
*Need to be targets focused and have a strong winning mentality
*Very passionate and interested in technology
*Extensive experience in managing successful customer relationships
*Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business
*Happy to stay away as this is a UK based role with travel
Preferred
*Experience within B2C or BCB fire & security market
