Job Description:
We’re continuing to build our network of standout temporary Receptionists to support some of London’s top investment firms. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love being front and centre, this is your chance to gain exciting exposure in a prestigious sector.
We’re looking for individuals who are warm, reliable, and highly organised people who can confidently own the front-of-house experience and create a lasting impression from the moment someone walks through the door.

You’ll bring previous front-of-house experience, confidence, and a can-do attitude. Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience within the investment sector.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver a warm, professional first impression to employees, visitors and VIPs
*Manage a busy reception desk, calls, enquiries and supporting with administration from expenses to taxi coordination
*Coordinate meetings and support smooth day-to-day operations
