What We Expect from You?
*Own and deliver accurate month-end close with strong financial control
*Turn financial data into meaningful insights to support decision-making
*Manage balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
*Partner with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
*Analyze variances and uncover the "why" behind performance
*Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting quality
*Support audits, compliance, and governance requirements
What Experience You Will Bring to the Role?
*Qualified / Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
*Strong grounding in financial reporting, month-end, and planning cycles
*Experience with ERP systems and data-driven analysis
*Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
*Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
