Job Description:
A global Investment Management organisation is looking for an experienced Brand Strategy & Insights Associate Director to play a key role in shaping and strengthening its enterprise brand. This position sits within the Global Brand & Creative team, responsible for defining and protecting the brand while ensuring consistency and effectiveness across markets, audiences and channels worldwide.
This role blends strategic thinking, brand governance and insight analysis, helping senior stakeholders understand brand performance and guiding how the brand evolves across digital and customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
*Ensure the organisation’s brand strategy is not only clearly defined but also insight-led, commercially relevant and consistently applied across the business.
*Partner with design leadership to maintain and evolve global brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal elements work together as a cohesive brand system.
*Contribute to the organisation’s brand health and performance programme, translating data and research into clear strategic recommendations.
*Work closely with creative, marketing and regional teams, you will play a central role in embedding the brand framework across global markets.
*Ensure brand consistency and quality across corporate websites and key digital platforms.
*Work closely with regional marketing and brand teams to balance global brand standards with local market needs.
*Support employer brand initiatives by ensuring the enterprise brand clearly communicates the organisation’s values and proposition to prospective talent.
*Provide strategic guidance on complex brand questions across the business.
*Manage and guide agency partners to deliver strong strategic and creative output.
*Develop practical toolkits, playbooks and guidance that enable teams to apply the brand effectively.
*Help bring the overall brand strategy to life across communications, ensuring it supports business growth and customer engagement.
About You
*Extensive experience in brand strategy, including brand architecture, messaging frameworks and narrative development.
*Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting brand tracking, market research and performance data.
*Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and copy judgement.
*Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple teams.
*Experience working within large, complex or global organisations.
*Able to manage several strategic projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
*A collaborative and pragmatic approach to brand governance that enables progress and clarity.
*Experience working with and managing external agencies.
