We’re looking for an experienced Group VAT Manager to join a growing international business. This role will take ownership of VAT technical support, compliance across multiple territories, and driving improvements to the Group’s VAT control framework.

Key Responsibilities
*Provide VAT technical guidance across the business (rates, partial exemption, rebates, acquisitions)
*Oversee and review VAT returns prepared by the VAT team
*Manage and improve the VAT control framework, ensuring MTD compliance
*Support key projects including ERP implementation, M&A, and restructuring initiatives
*Partner with stakeholders across multiple countries and external advisors
About You *Qualified - ACCA/ACA/CTA
*Strong VAT technical background with several years’ post-qualification experience
*Experience across multi-territory VAT (practice or industry)
*Confident communicator able to explain complex technical issues
*Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
*Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
