Job Description:
NEW FULLY REMOTE ROLE
I’m hiring for a Principal Pricing Analyst in the Commercial Lines Pricing Team that covers a range of products including home, motor and SME.
This is a great opportunity for personal lines candidates who want to broaden their horizons in commercial pricing.
The Role - *Developing pricing models
*Analyse and evaluate new rating factors
*Gain experience with Radar, Emblem, Databricks, SAS, SQL and Python
*Support leaders with wider business decisions
*Take responsibility for managing processes with relevant stakeholders
*Being a role model to analysts whilst promoting company culture and continuous improvements
The Candidate - *Roughly 4 years’ experience in insurance (personal/commercial lines pricing preferable)
*Experience of predictive modelling and machine learning
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to lead and develop others in the team
Location - FULLY REMOTE (Offices in Berkshire and Yorkshire if required)
Salary - Up to £62,000
