A Junior Project Manager is sought to join a Digital Solutions team driving digital and AI innovation across a global group of operating companies. Reporting to the Chief Architect, this role supports the delivery of strategic digital growth initiatives and technology-enabled transformation programmes.
This position is responsible for scoping, planning, and managing the successful delivery of a range of technology-driven change projects. The Junior Project Manager will play a key role in accelerating consulting and digital initiatives, supporting the implementation of solutions spanning AI, Edge Devices, Data, IoT, Manufacturing Operations, and web applications.
The Digital Solutions team partners with business units to deliver impactful technology projects including AI adoption, IoT applications, data analytics platforms, UX/UI redesigns, cloud development, and operational efficiency programmes. The team supports the full lifecycle of digital initiatives-from ideation and prototyping through to implementation and upskilling-delivering measurable business value in a collaborative, agile, and global environment.

*UX audit and mobile application redesign

The Junior Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects, delivering both business and operational value across corporate functions and a diverse portfolio of operating companies.
This is a hands-on role involving the coordination of internal teams and external partners, including service integrators and vendor organisations. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
Key Responsibilities *Understand and align projects to strategic objectives at group and operating company level.
*Scope and plan projects end-to-end, mapping deliverables to measurable benefits.
*Define milestones, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
*Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, with new projects added on an ongoing basis.
*Apply project management best practices, including the creation of project plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and governance documentation.
*Supervise and coordinate internal and external project resources.
*Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering the full lifecycle.
*Manage scope, schedule, cost, and change control processes.
*Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
*Monitor and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
*Provide regular reporting and escalate risks or issues as required.
*Lead stakeholder engagement across a complex global environment.
*Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks.
*Manage relationships with partners, service integrators, and third-party vendors.
*Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
*Support transition to business as usual" for delivered solutions.
*Contribute to technology implementation roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
*Apply Agile principles where appropriate to drive successful outcomes.
Role Requirements *2-3 years’ experience in technology project management.
*Demonstrated ability to manage delivery in a dynamic environment.
*Knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
*Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a complex, global organisation.
*Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix structure.
*PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred but not essential.
