Job Description:
Tikehau Capital is a leading global alternative asset manager with €52.8bn in assets under management.
The Private Equity division (~€8bn in AuM) is a core driver of the Group’s growth, pursuing differentiated strategies across Europe and globally.
Within Private Equity, our UK team is dedicated to investing in mid-market businesses across several strategic investment themes: i) Energy Transition, ii) Aerospace & Defence, and iii) Regenerative Agriculture.
Responsibilities:
Deal Execution
*Support with due diligence, market and company analysis, and financial modelling
*Assist in preparing investment memoranda for committees
Origination & Sourcing *Conduct market mapping and identify potential investment opportunities
*Screen new prospects and participate in meetings with advisors, entrepreneurs, and management teams
Portfolio Management *Monitoring and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies
Profile: *The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
*Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Economics, Finance or other relevant fields;
*Previous internship experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Consulting is preferred but not a requirement;
*Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
*Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles;
