*Responsibility for group and fund financials, FCA reporting, forecasting, tax and compliance
*Oversight of fund administrators
*Managing calculations of distributions, returns, carry
*Preparing ad-hoc investor information
*Involvement in other areas of the business to help contribute to the firm’s growth
Who we are looking for *A qualified accountant
*Experience in private equity or venture capital is essential
*Happy with a flexible two day working week
*A team player who is happy to work in a smaller team
*Very strong communication skills
*Possibly returning to work or looking for more flexible working
*Ability to work remotely or from home
