We’re working with a leading UK insurer to hire an Actuarial Manager into a high-impact profitability and business planning team within their health division.

This is not a traditional reserving/reporting role - it sits at the heart of commercial decision-making, focusing on trend analysis, forward-looking projections, and strategic insight.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in improving how the business understands performance and makes decisions - with real scope to influence strategy from day one.

You’ll have: *Actuarial background (ideally FIA qualified or close)
*~4+ years’ experience in insurance (GI, Life, Pensions or Health)
*Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret trends and challenge assumptions
*Experience (or interest) in SQL / Power BI / data visualisation
*Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
*Self-starter who can bring structure to new or evolving workstreams
