Eames are currently partnered with a leading Corporate & Specialty insurer who are looking to hire a Development Underwriter to join their Retail Property team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a growth-focused role with real visibility and autonomy, playing a key part in driving profitable new business across Captives, Lead, Follow and Multinational accounts.

We’re looking to speak with individuals who have: *Minimum 5 years’ Commercial Property underwriting experience
*Strong exposure to UK retail or mid-market Property risks
*A proven track record in new business development & broker relationship management
*Solid technical underwriting expertise across wordings & rating
*A commercial mindset balanced with underwriting discipline
This role offers the chance to make a genuine impact on the UK Property strategy, working closely with London Market, Regional, Engineering, Claims and Reinsurance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
