A well-established international consultancy based in London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support their growing residential team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver a range of residential schemes, including high-end developments, build-to-rent, and large-scale regeneration projects across London.
The Project Manager will join a high-performing team with an excellent reputation in the residential sector. The Project Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders while taking ownership of projects and client relationships.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.


The Project Manager’s roleThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing residential projects from feasibility through to completion. The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project programmes, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
The Project Manager will also oversee procurement processes, manage risk, and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


The Project ManagerThe Project Manager will ideally have:
*Experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy, ideally on residential projects
*Degree in construction, project management or a related discipline
*Working towards MRICS, MAPM or equivalent
*Strong organisational and client-facing skills
*Experience delivering residential schemes (e.g. build-to-rent, private residential, or mixed-use)
