Job Description:
Property Consultant, (sales negotiator) Full Time - Central Lancaster
This position involves driving to properties and you will be covering LA1-LA9 postcode sectors. (trainees welcome). The role will include Saturdays. (1 in every 3).
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 including bonus. (Training offered for the right candidate).
Working alongside the team, you will be carrying out a variety of duties, within a multi award winning, highly sought after company, which offers innovative products and services. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, joining a highly successful team.
The successful candidate will have face to face sales experience, (preferably within the property industry, though this is not essential). You will be target driven and able to represent the business in a professional manner. We require candidates to be diligent, driven, organised and reliable.
You will need to have a full driving license and use of your own vehicle.
Day to day duties will include:
*Client Registration
*Booking, conducting and following up on viewings
*Negotiating offers
*Liaising with solicitors to progress sales
*Social media posting
*Associated admin
*Client contact
*Call handling
The successful candidate will be;
Ideally degree educated, (Maths and English at A-C GCSE is essential) you will be professional, organised and have the ability to work alone.
Previous estate agency experience would be useful but not essential.
