About the Role
Recruit UK is proud to be working with a well-established and growing financial planning firm to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser based in Warrington (Remote Working). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused professional looking to join a supportive environment with strong lead generation and career development opportunities.
This is a client facing financial adviser role that can be performed remotely. There is no expectation to attend the office, but you have full access to it if needed.
You will be managing an existing client book and being rewarded for anything you write, with eligibility for a bonus from day one!
Key Responsibilities
*Provide holistic financial advice to new and existing clients
*Conduct thorough fact-finds to understand clients’ financial goals and objectives
*Deliver tailored recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards
*Work collaboratively with paraplanners and support staff
Requirements
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential
*Previous experience in a Financial Adviser role
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio
*High level of professionalism and ethical standards
