A respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen their growing team. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to deliver a diverse range of projects across sectors including residential, education, and heritage.
The Senior Project Manager will join a well-established consultancy known for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships. The construction Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading key schemes and supporting the continued growth of the Birmingham office.

The Senior Project Manager’s roleThe Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, oversee procurement strategies, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to business development, mentor junior team members, and ensure best practice is maintained across all project stages.


The Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will ideally have:
*Experience as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy
*Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent) or working towards
*Strong knowledge of contract administration and project delivery
*Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
*Experience across multiple sectors such as residential, education, or heritage
