The OpportunityReporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge, improve, and add real value across the business.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
*Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
*Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
What We’re Looking For*Fully qualified CIMA
*Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
*Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
*Solid background in financial reporting and management accounting
*A proactive, driven individual who is keen to develop and progress
*Strong attention to detail with a commercial and analytical mindset
