What You Will Be Doing
As an Enterprise Account Executive you will be central to driving the success of agency partnerships and contractor referrals.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing and strengthening high value recruitment agency accounts
*Being the primary contact for PAYE umbrella and contractor payroll services
*Growing contractor referrals, placements, and umbrella engagement
*Delivering exceptional service to both agencies and contractors
*Providing expert guidance on umbrella payroll, contractor payments, and compliance
*Monitoring contractor volumes, account performance, and growth activity
*Supporting ongoing client communication, development, and retention
What Accomplish Today’s Client Is Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
*Experience within an Umbrella Company, Contractor Payroll Provider, or Recruitment Agency
*Strong understanding of Umbrella Payroll, Contractor Payroll, or PAYE engagement models
*Background in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or B2B sales
*Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
*Confident, commercially aware, and highly organised
Desirable Skills
*Knowledge of IR35 and current contractor legislation
*Experience in contractor services or staffing solutions
*CRM system proficiency
