We’re working with a growing service provider looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

THE ROLE
You’ll support the day-to-day activities of the sales and account management team, helping to keep everything running smoothly and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.
*First point of contact for customer queries (phone and email)
*Coordinating responses to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
*Assisting with quotes and documentation
*Processing customer orders through internal systems
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
*Providing updates and follow-ups to customers
*Maintaining accurate records and systems
*Supporting with reporting and general administration
*Managing diaries and coordinating team activity
*Sharing customer feedback internally
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
*Experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer-focused role
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good IT skills, including Outlook and CRM systems
*Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
PERSONAL QUALITIES
*Positive and team-focused
*Eager to learn and develop
*Reliable with a strong work ethic
*Good attention to detail
PACKAGE
*Salary: £27,000
*23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
*Pension scheme
