Job Title: Senior Email Marketing Executive

Salary: £33,000-£42,000 per annum (On target earnings £41,000-£52,000)

What you will be doing
Getting stuck into email marketing, from planning and building campaigns right through to delivery and analysing how they perform
Segmenting audiences so the right messages land with the right people at the right time
Creating and improving automated journeys, like welcome flows, re-engagement emails, and supporter communications
Building strong relationships with clients, keeping communication open and understanding what they need
Keeping an eye on performance, pulling together reports, and using insights to keep improving what you do
Creating, managing, and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns across various platforms

The experience you need
A background in an agency or working with charities
Previous experience running email marketing campaigns and know what makes people want to open and click
Comfortable using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or something similar
