Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents during the night. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for dementia care, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be Doing
*Provide care and support to residents
* Monitor residents’ well-being and respond to their needs
*Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
*Ensure a safe and calm environment throughout the night
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
*Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional care
What You’ll Need
*Great communication and teamwork skills.
*A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
*Understanding of Dementia Care Practices
*Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
*Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
