*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
*Conduct detailed client fact-finds to understand financial goals, risk appetite, and current position
*Deliver tailored financial planning advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection
*Develop and implement strategies for retirement planning, estate planning, and wealth preservation
*Provide ongoing reviews and adapt financial plans in line with client needs and regulatory requirements
*Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards
*Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and records
Key Accountabilities
*Client consultation and relationship management
*Financial planning across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient structures
*Investment research and portfolio recommendations
*Retirement planning, including drawdown and income strategies
*Full compliance with UK regulatory standards and FCA requirements
Skills and Experience
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent as a minimum
*Chartered status desirable, with higher salary banding available
*Proven track record as a Financial Adviser in the UK market
*Strong business development capability with evidence of winning new clients
*In-depth knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, SIPPs, and tax planning
*Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance frameworks
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently
What’s on Offer
*Competitive basic salary ranging from £60,000 to £90,000
*£80,000 – £90,000 typically offered for Chartered candidates
*Discretionary bonus scheme
*Access to internal referral networks and multidisciplinary support
*Clear career progression within a growing national and international firm
