We’re working with a growing content agency that helps businesses tell their stories, build their brands, and win new clients.

They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, shaping strategy, and delivering content that gets results.

What you’ll be doing
Own and lead senior client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and key point of contact across a portfolio of accounts
Set the overall direction for accounts, ensuring digital and content strategies are aligned with client goals and delivering meaningful results
Oversee account performance, with responsibility for quality of work, delivery, and commercial success
Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and leading on their development
Lead, support and develop the account team, setting standards and creating a strong, collaborative environment
The experience you’ll need
A solid track record in agency account management, ideally with experience at Senior Account Director level
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing relationships
A deep understanding of digital is key, with experience delivering work across a range of channels and platforms
