Job Description:
I’m currently recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner. This is a 12 month FTC, so candidates will need to be able to start in April.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability - ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.
As the HR Business Partner you will be:
*Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
*Shaping organisational design, workforce and succession planning
*Coaching leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
*Supporting change and transformation initiatives
*Using people data and insight to drive decision-making and improve outcomes
*Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
*Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
*Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
*Experience supporting change and transformation
*Solid knowledge of UK employment law
*Data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
*Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
Job Offer
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices.
Contract: Full time - 12-months, interviews asap, April start.
Salary: £70k - £80k - dependant on experience + Great benefits
