Your Role as an SEMH Teaching Assistant*Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
*Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
*Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation
*Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
*Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences
*Contribute to behaviour strategies and individual support plans

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
