Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Location: Bristol (Hybrid 2 days in-office)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000
We’re working with a growing content agency that helps businesses tell their stories, build their brands, and win new clients.
They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, shaping strategy, and delivering content that gets results.

What you’ll be doing
Build strong relationships with senior clients and act as a trusted partner across your accounts
Lead the strategic direction across digital and content, making sure the work delivers real results
Oversee projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and to a high standard
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and take the lead in developing them further
Work closely with internal teams to keep projects aligned, on brief and effective
Support and guide more junior team members within the account team
The experience you’ll need
Strong agency background in account management, you will need to be an established Account Director.
A solid understanding of digital and content and how they work across different channels
