Job Description:
An award winning North Yorkshire law firm are looking to bring in a new experienced Residential Conveyancer to the team in Harrogate.
The firm have an excellent reputation, and the caseload is high quality and low volume, with a lot of the work being referred over from the award winning private client team.
At present, there are three conveyancers in the team plus support staff and they cover the spectrum of residential property including sales, purchases, transfers, newbuilds, leasehold and shared ownership transactions from instruction to completion.
After a successful probationary period, you can work from home 50% of the week and different working arrangements can be discussed and considered i.e working 4 days, different hours for school drop off/pick up etc. Progression is incredibly transparent here, and you can apply for promotions at any point during the year it’s completely up to you and where you’re up to.
The firm itself holds a Gold Investors In People accreditation which reflects the continuous development and investment that they put into their employees.
