Location: North of London (covering London, Southeast & East Anglia)
Salary: £40,000 + 1% Bonus on Sales in the stated area

Key Responsibilities
*Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
*Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions.
*Technical Sales: Use technical expertise to advise customers on product applications and system designs.
*Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
*Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
*Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project delivery.
*Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimise solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
*Background in Mechanical Engineering, Power Transmission, or related technical field.
*Proven experience in business development and technical sales.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*Knowledge of gear systems, motors, drives, and industrial transmission technologies is highly desirable.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting.
*Willingness to travel across London, Southeast & East Anglia.
