Town Planner

The Role:
*Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications and appeals.
*Undertake site appraisals and contribute to planning strategies.
*Liaise with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
*Provide high-quality written advice and reports.
*Support senior colleagues on larger projects while gaining responsibility for your own caseload.
Requirements:
*MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
*1-3 years’ post-graduate experience within consultancy or local authority.
*A solid understanding of the UK planning system.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
