We are working with a forward-thinking secondary school who are offering an exciting opportunity for graduates to join as a Teaching Assistant, with a clear pathway into teacher training.
This role is perfect for graduates who are considering a future in teaching and want to gain valuable, hands-on experience in the classroom while working towards a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
What’s on offer:• Full-time Teaching Assistant role within a supportive secondary school
• Opportunity to complete a Level 3 or 4 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

Your role will include:• Supporting students in lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning

• Building strong relationships with students to support engagement
We are looking for:• A Degree (any subject)
• Someone with a passion for working with young people
• Interest in pursuing a career in teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, positive and reliable attitude
