What You’ll Be Doing


The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
*Handle incoming and outgoing communications via email or post, ensuring timely and professional responses
*Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
*Support the preparation of reports, statistics, printing and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
*Schedule and coordinate internal external events, liaising with providers and overseeing all aspects of the event
*Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions


What You’ll Bring


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
*Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role
*Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
*High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
