Head Chef - Restaurant, Exeter £39k + tronc + bonus
This busy restaurant based in Central Exeter is looking for a Head Chef who is passionate about Asian food and flavours using authentic fresh ingredients.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and managing a team of chefs
*Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen including H&S and compliance
*Managing stock, orders and wastage levels
*Hands on across the kitchen, supporting your team in all areas

What we are looking for:
*A strong Head Chef with a minimum of 2 years in role
*Hands on in all areas
*Passion for Asian flavours and cooking fresh, vibrant food
*Good management skills – experienced in leading a team
*Strong knowledge of food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations
*Computer literate
